Behind the development of our second drawer software are two fundamental principles:
we recognise that these digital files – your assets- are extremely valuable and warrant due consideration as to how they are securely stored and accessed by stakeholders, and
that once securely stored, access can be made available through approved protocols, in order that approved levels of production can be explored.
Now, not only are your IPs secure, client-based graphic arts production operators can have real-time access to agency files and in-house workgroups and graphic arts facilities, which while being initially set up by Fenton Stephens, can be directly managed by the client. All of this is made possible by simply opening the second drawer.
